No, and that's the point. It condenses the paper you paste — nothing else. If your methods section is missing, the abstract won't have methods; it won't fabricate a sample size, a p-value or a source to fill the gap. Tools that write abstracts from just a title are guessing; this one can't.
IMRaD is the Background–Methods–Results–Conclusions skeleton most empirical journals expect; the labeled option marks each part in bold so reviewers can scan it. Many journals — and most humanities venues — want an unlabeled abstract instead, which is the single-paragraph option. Check your target journal's author guidelines.
