Purpose, Key findings, Implications — and Recommendations when you leave that toggle on. Purpose says why the document exists, findings are short bullets, implications explain what the findings mean, and recommendations list the actions the document itself supports.
The framing and the vocabulary. Board leans strategic and financial and skips operational detail; Team keeps the operational specifics, owners and next steps; Client strips internal jargon and shorthand so it reads cleanly to someone outside your organization.
Half page targets roughly 150–200 words — the version an executive reads between meetings. One page targets roughly 350–450 words with fuller findings and implications. Both keep the same section structure.
Only from your document. The tool surfaces the actions the text itself argues for or clearly implies — it won't invent strategy that isn't there. If the document proposes nothing, switch the recommendations toggle off and you'll get a tighter three-section summary.
